We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
You can use your card over the internet, fax it to us directly or
just call us at 239-334-8881 .
Also, to make your shopping experience as secure as possible,
our secure server uses an encryption process that takes the
characters you enter and coverts them to bits of code that are
securely transmitted over the internet.
Shipping
Our shipping and handling policy is very straight forward.
We only ship to US physical addresses. No P.O. Boxes will be shipped. Non-US addresses need to call into the office to place order for exact shipping charges.
For all purchases a standard UPS ground shipping
fee and a $4.95 handling fee will be applied to each order.
Shipping charges for our products will be weight and zip code based.
Inside delivery charges will be added to all orders.
Some items do not meet UPS size requirements and will be charged at common carrier rates which will increase shipping costs. Please contact Larson-Ent.Com if you are purchasing a large or very heavy item.
Larson-Ent.Com will not pay for additional costs, even if the system quotes a UPS rate based on weight and zip code.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Item must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
2. If the item is damaged or used a credit will not be issued.
3. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
(This does not apply to manufacture defective items.)
4. We do not pay for return freight or shipping costs.

5. Please attach your order number and company name that you are registered under.
To proccess your return send an e-mail to customerservice@larson-ent.com requesting a return authorization number.
We will then e-mail you the number and return instructions. Your order will not be credited if this procedure is not followed.
